I have just deployed a second app on my account.
The command:
killall -usr1 dispatch.fcgi
generate this 20 lines of this with a different number:
dispatch.fcgi(411): Operation not permitted
Any suggestions

You can be safely ignore those messages since that means your fastcgi process have been indeed killed and you just cannot kill other's processes.
