My application does not start since 10 April

Hello,
My application stopped working at 10 April (this is the last entry in the production log). When trying to access the application using the browser, it always show the message "Application error
Rails application failed to start properly".

I didn't make any change to the code so I'm assuming that this has to do with some change in the server.
I've tried to find what is the problem without any success (I followed the steps in http://www.hostingrails.com/forums/wiki_thread/40 ). There is no error in the production log.

Can you please check what's wrong?

My application has frozen gems and RAILS_GEM_VERSION

One other thing: Is there a way to receive an e-mail whenever a problem like this happens so I alwyas know if the application is running correctly?
Note: I have a plugin that I use to send me an e-mail whenever an exception happens inside rails but this problems happened before rails starts so it does not works for this type of problems.
