problem adding subdomain

I am having a problem adding a subdomain on top of an existing domain.  I get a "403 Forbidden error".  I followed the steps in "Deploying multiple Rails app under one account", but must have done something wrong.
Also read "parked domains, subdomains, addon domains...".  Trying to bring up tsig.nmbasalt.com.
Any help appreciated.

Hi - The symlink that you have created for your sub-domain seems to be incorrect and causing this problem. Please check this again at your end.

Yes,
I've been looking at the symlink and rewriting it, but still can't get it to work.  I'm getting a "Load Error, expected /home/<long path>/role.rb to define Role"  error message in production.log.  The path is correct.  I'm not ruling out that the symlink is wrong, I don't have a lot of experience with symlinks.  Any advice?

Could you please re-confirm if the issue is still persisting at your end. It seems like your sub domain is up and running. If the issue is still persisting at your end, you can go through the following wiki links dealing the same X to define Y error.

Hi,
Sorry, I forgot to mention that the initial logon page works. But when logon in completed, nothing works.  There are a number of models defined.  It seems like a routing problem to me.

Could you update the support team with the login details, so that we can investigate the issue in a better way. Before that please make sure that all the necessary plugins required for your application are properly installed.
