I found the answer.
Server is ok.
My dns server returned wrong IP address for my domain.
nslookup return dedicated IP. But Ping command connected to shared IP address.

I run the nslookup command in Windows XP.
nslookup return shared ip or dedicated ip periodically.

I found an outdated nameserver entry in your domains zone file which has been removed now. nslookup should now return the correct IP(You might find it takes some time before pointing to the right IP due to DNS propagation delay). Please verify this again.
