I tried installing Typo 4.1 according to the instructions for Typo 4.0 and I get an "Application error Rails application failed to start properly". Is there any trick I need to know to get this running? I tried installing from the .tgz, not the gem.
Also, is there a way to upgrade a Typo 4.0 installation to 4.1?

The error is for http://obchina.reedonrails.com/
My original Typo installation is also broken (if you follow your link you can see there is no CSS loading).

Did you ever get Typo 4.1 working? I'm also trying an install now, and getting the same error. I've been tinkering with permissions, etc. for a while and can't get it to go. Please let me know if you found the magic cure.
