Setting domain nameservers

Hello,

I asked my registrar to change the domain nameservers to the ones listed in my welcome email (7 as primary 1 as secondary). They sent me back an email saying that they got this error.

1 error(s) found.
Please check error(s).
1. The "Primary server" name is incorrect

Is this an error on their side? are there other nameservers I could use?

EDIT: does your registrar have the primary nameserver in their database?

Hi there - yes - sometimes newer nameservers don't get updated in databases around the Net very often.  If you went with just ns1 and ns2 you'd probably be OK for now.
