Problem with Mephisto deploy: 500 error

I've done a ton of searching tonight and all of my configurations appear to be correct. I came across this post http://www.hostingrails.com/forums/deployment_troubleshooting_thread/108) and am wondering if I may have the same problem? Could anyone let me know how to check if my addon domain is correctly configured?
