Application error

I get the "Application error - Rails application failed to start properly" error, but I have no idea how to fix it. I have the same version gem and plugin in my ~/myapp/vendor directory, as well as the "require 'RedCloth/lib/redcloth'" line in the environment.rb file, as I have in my development environment. My .htaccess file and dispatch files are all fine, but I still get this "Application error". Any ideas?
