ZoneCheck error on mydomain.fr with HostingRails dns

Hello,

I tried to make my .fr domain use the HostingRails DNS but I received an error message
the day later. This message was issued by my registrar, telling me that the zonecheck test
failed and that, as a consequence, my domain has not been updated to use the new DNS (ie. the HostingRails DNS).

Zonecheck is used by the central company in charge of .fr domains. It's used to ensure all .fr websites are correctly setup, to ensure a certain QoS, and to avoid possible leaks. It's not possible to setup a .fr domain to use an invalid DNS configuration (changes are made only after the test succeeds).

The error reported by the zonecheck was (translated from French):
---
There is no correspondance between the DNS you entered (ns10.hostingrails.com, ns1.hostingrails.com, ns2.hostingrails.com) and the one we retrieved from the zone (ns10.hostingrails.com, ns2.hostingrails.com, ns3.hostingrails.com).
---

I also tried using the "ns10, ns2, ns3" but it also fails. (I was told in the HostingRails welcome email to use "ns10, ns1, ns2").

I actually have mydomain.com and mydomain.fr, and the mydomain.com works correctly (there is no compulsory zonecheck test for .com). I tried to enter mydomain.com on the DNSStuff.com website to check the configuration and it reported (among lots of succeeded tests) a few errors, telling me something about the ns3.hostingrails.com server not properly configured, which is consistent with the error I got from the zonecheck.

I even tried to use the zonecheck utility on mydomain.com and it gave my the same error as for the mydomain.fr (I did that because I first thought the problem was coming from the duplicate registration, mydomain.fr and mydomain.com using the same DNS).

I'm a total newbie at DNS, and (maybe worse) I'm French, so I hope it was clear enough!

Thanks for your help!

Regards,
Ben

If it can help (but it's in French), here is the zonecheck utility page for the .fr websites:http://www.afnic.fr/outils/zonecheck/form

The english version of the zonecheck utility form is available here:

Bigben -  I've made some modifications to the DNS configuration of your .fr domain. Now when I do a zone check at http://www.zonecheck.fr/zonecheck/form.html.en I'm getting a SUCCESS status message.

The DNS change has just been accepted so everything works correctly now!
Both domains are now correctly configured.

Thank you for your help!
