Capistrano Issue...can't deploy.

I have tried with support, and we haven't made much headway...

** [err] ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
** [err] svn: Connection closed unexpectedly

i keep getting this error when running cap deploy:cold

i saw a fix for this on another thread, but it was for windows boxes, im running on a mac environment. My ssh keys work, at least they do when i connect to my server from my terminal, but i cant get this to work...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oshieroo -

Have you already given support your global IP and had them check the server firewall for an IP block ?

If not yet, please go to http://whatismyip.com and email support  with the results.

Yeah, my ip is unblocked, and it doesnt work.

Have you tried deploying over http ?
Also - I've updated your other forum post regarding this.

I havent tried deploying over http. I have a question...

Am I correct in thinking that if I can connect to my server from my computer by typing ssh myusername@mydomain.com and I don't have to enter my password, then my ssh keys are working properly?


Just trying to work through this step by step.
