Multiple domains at same directory level

How do I go about getting multiple domain directories setup at the same level instead of underneath my main domain directory?

You can define the Document Root while creating the domains.

Yes, but my main domain is still at public_html instead of public_html/mymaindomain. And therefore any add-on domains are sub-directories of my main domain. What I need is to move the doc root of my main domain to be a sub-directory of public_html. This is what I've done at my other hosting provider.

You can post a ticket to support to change the Document Root of your domain.
