email issues

my email stopped working today - when i log on to web mail my box shows nothing and it's not downloading to my Mac (keeps timing out) - -- do i need to adjust the server port number or something else? I can't send or receive email

Can you post a ticket to the support department along with a test e-mail account and its log-ins.. Also mention whether you received a bounce back message when you tried to send e-mails from that account or not. If you did receive the bounce back message then paste the headers in the ticket.
