ftp server has reached its maximum user count

I'm getting this error sporadically when I try to connect to my reseller account.
"Sorry, this ftp server has reached its maximum user count (3). Please try again later"

The server was running on proftpd which initiated a rule of max 3 simultaneous ftp sessions from a Ip. This was the reason why you got the errors. I have switched the from pro-ftpd to pure-ftpd now. Can you check this out now.
