Restoring from nightly backup

I can't seem to find the location of my nightly backups so that I can restore from one. Any ideas?

You need to contact the support team via ticket with relevant details like file name and the date from which you need the restoration. So that they can go ahead and restore it for you.

What exactly do you backup? database? the filesystem?

We take the backup of both the files and databases.
