We just set up on hostingrails.com... We just migrated our old site right over with no problems - shows up just fine and behaves normally. (stoneyardbuilding.com)
We've been working with a developer in Oakland who built a little rails app, and set it up on a subdomain (gallery.stoneyardbuilding.com).
Now here is the strange part:
He is able to load his app just fine, as are other people out of our area. WE can only load it 10% of the time. We've reset browser caches, tried from different computers on different ends of the city (santa barbara). We get a very unique error page that appears to be related to our old host (limshosting.com). It's an HSphere error of some sort.
We did only re-set our dns nameservers to point here about 15 hours ago.. so maybe it's just taking a while and there are some crossed wires in the toobs.. but it is certainly confusing and has all of us confused.
So I guess our question is... do you guys have any experience with weird ISP caches or does anyone have any idea what is going on?
Thanks for your help!
