you changed to newest version and drupal 6.2 fantastico install has a bug.
i can't log in, some urls doesn't works, i think the bug is in custom php.ini or in .htaccess

Please note that we don't change or upgrade the softwares installed by our clients. Cpanel usually provides updates to the softwares that are installed via Cpanel>>Fantastico. They will not get upgraded automatically..
Also regarding your issue I cannot see any data mentioned to recreate the issue. Also we don't recommend pasting account specific details on our forums..
So can you please post in a support ticket with the concerned URL's and required admin log-in's so that we can recreate the issue at our end,
