modify a parked domain

Adding a parked domain automatically adds the zonefile for that domainname.

Now, I want to modify the document root of this parked domain, but Cpanel does not seem to give an option for that.

I guess I need to remove the parked domain, and then add it again. My concern is, will the zonefiles be removed an added again if I do this? And is it possible that I will get some downtime?

Hi - You need to raise a support ticket to change the document root of your domain. Yes, the zone files will be recreated if you are recreating the domain via cPanel. Thank you
