Sapphir, We provide SVN which is of course better replacement for CVS. You can use SVN via both SVN+SSH and SVN+HTTP.

I spent a week trying to get SVN setup properly when I first started my project, but never could get it to work right, which is why I went with CVS.
Is there any chance you could add an "anonymous" user so that I can allow anonymous, readonly access?

I'm afraid we cannot provide cvs access for you on any of our shared servers. SVN set up should be simple enough if you closely follow our SVN tutorial below.
