I am a at a location where I cannot connect ssh to my server, but I do have a cPanel proxy setup. I recently made changes to my app but those changes don't show unless I restart my server. Normally I ssh in and run a killall command but I was wondering if there was a way to do that through cPanel.

Hi,
This cannot be achieved from cPanel control panel. To kill your fastcgi or mongrel cache you'll need ssh console access. We can do it for you if you wish. Just confirm if we can restart the running mongrel server in your account.

The mongrel instance has been restarted, if you could verify this now.
