ftp issues

Just started with HostingRails and am in the process of deploying my first app. In trying to ftp files to the site I'm finding that the ftp process is running slow enough today that it times out my client. I was ftp'ing quite a bit yesterday evening and it was working fine. Any suggestions as to whether this might be a local or server-based issue? Thanks.

There seems to be a server-wide firewall issue that seems to be causing the FTP issues. We are working on this and will try to resolve this issue asap. Also are you facing the issue currently..? If so do let us know via support ticket.
