would it be possible to run memcached (for session management and caching)? thanks.

It might get a bit ugly to set that up on a shared server - but we'll test it out with newer servers and see how feasible it might be. It would have to be counted toward your dedicated memory...I'll let you know if/when it becomes available.

How did you get on with the memcache tests? I'd quite like to use it too if it is possible.

For now it looks like a no go, sorry. We'll look you up if we test it on a new box (we'd want to grab some volunteers...)
