E-mail accounts not set up?

Hi,

I've created an e-mail account "info@example.com". All mail sent to this account is bouncing with a "No such user here" error.

Ultimately, I'd like the account to simply be a forwarder to my normal e-mail address and one other address. I've set up the account with no forwarders, with forwarders and the actual account, with forwarders and no actual account, and none of these configurations will deliver any mail either to info@ or to my real address.

Any help?

Hi Bclennox,

We have now created a test account test12@example.com and test1@example.com. Test mail send to the email id is delivering  exactly and also the forwarder set to  test12@example.com from test1@example.com is functioning properly. Could you please have a look at it and let us know if you are still facing any issues.

Yes, the info@ account started working normally and I received a couple of e-mails there. Then I set up a single forwarder to my real e-mail address and it worked (delivered to the info@ account and my account). Then I set up the second forwarder and it stopped working (same "No such user" error). Removing the second forwarder did not solve the problem; I'm now getting the error with only one forwarder.

We tried adding multiple forwarders associated with your domain and couldn't replicate the problem. please verify this again.

No telling what was wrong. It's working fine now :-)
