Similarly, I have all of our addresses set to deliver to a gmail account in an effort to avoid having all the mail sit in our server account. Apparently I did something wrong there...?

I am receiving messages that some of the email addresses I set up on our account are reaching their quota, so I went into the webmail interface and deleted everything in the inbox, sent and trash folders. But it still shows our email accounts as almost full. Any idea why?

Hi Ryan,
Well I reckon you are forwarding all mails to your gmail account. But if there exists an account for which forwarding is being done then a copy will be sent to both the existing account and the gmail account.
As for the email quota issue could you just open a ticket regarding this so I can get inside the server and figure it out for you.

All you need to do is email support or send a message through the contact page and it opens a support ticket.
