My company has recently purchased a domain from an individual and he said he will set up the domain to point to our site while the check is en route and until we can get it completely moved over. We gave him the IP and nameservers of our site and he sent us this:
"DNS settings have been updated with the new nameservers. You'll have to create the A record for IP address on your end since the NS shifts everything to your side. The timeline should be about average for a change of DNS"
I could not figure out in cpanel how to create the A record, so I was wondering if an admin can please set this up for me.
