WebMail Access

Good Morning,

I am able to access my site webmail with http://domainname.com/webmail and my hostingrails account login. However, it will not accept the webmail account logins that I created.   http://ipaddy:port/webmail works fine though.  Can you let me know what I am doing wrong?

Did you make sure that your domain name is pointing to the correct HostingRails server ?

Hmm...
It occurs to me that my previous post was less than clear.
So,
Yes, the domain is pointing to the correct hostingrails.com server
No, the webmail still does not work for the email logins I created.
Please help?

I checked for the e-mail accounts in the domain and could find the default e-mail account only. Can you confirm how exactly you have created the email logins for your domain ?? Have you used Cpanel>>Mail>>add/remove/manage accounts to create the e-mail log-ins ??

Yes, I used Cpanel>>Mail>>add/remove/manage accounts to create several emails.

Could you take a look at them and make sure I completed them properly or do I need to submit an email question privately?

Yes, looks good. If you wish to login to any of your email accounts, you just need to go to yourdomainname.com:2095 and enter the full email address (emaill_accountname@associated_domain_name) and it's password at the login prompt.
