Strange email error

When trying to send an email from my webmail account, the mail is returned undeliverable with the following error:

This is the Postfix program at host queen.cardplayer.com.

Does anybody know what this means??

Hello,

Please contact support department via ticket with relevant info (i.e) complete e-mail headers of bounce back + e-mail ID log-ins + all necessary details to recreate the issue at our end.

This seems to be a specific account related issue and we need these private details, hence we prefer a support ticket on the issue.
