I've noticed my site taking a bit longer lately. I've been doing a lot of multi-domain installs with a mix of mephisto, custom apps and typo, so I've been killing and restarting the fastcgi quite a few times.
But despite this, it seems my site (and indeed, hostingrails.com) being slower than usual.

I cannot see any server wide issues on the server you are on. Also hostingrails.com is loading pretty fast when I access it.
