My website has lots of media files other than the MySQL database. I saw a post on database backups but i want to ask, what is a good procedure for backing up the whole public folder too ? (thats where all the user files are)
Does hostingrails have a backup policy. Or is backup totally user responsibility? I can backup the files to a hard-drive at home, but is this a good policy. How about some online backup services ?
