new to hostingrails.com, i get an error that the target of the symlink ~/access-logs doesn't exist? how do i resolve this?

through ssh, the target of the symlink access-logs doesn't exist, i can't access the apache logs

You cannot access the apache logs directly, as the logs are stored in an access restricted directory. You can check the "Error logs" section in your cPanel for apache error logs.
