I have switched my domain's name servers to the ones at hostingrails.com. First everything worked. Yesterday my account got spammed a lot. I normally redirect all emails to my gmail account, and sometimes a lot of these "out of the office replies" come through. This morning I had no mails in my box at all but I know that there should be. If I try to send myself mail I get something like the above mentioned error.

Uberdose - I've tweaked some settings now. I hope this would help you out. Could you please check again?

Yes! It works :) The first mail to come through was the thread update mail, and I can send mail to myself now again. Thank you.

The email forwarding for your domain wasn't working properly. I've corrected it now.
