i've just published my first app and it is running very very slow. there is no heavy material on the pages but it takes 3-5 seconds for the pages to load.
what did i do wrong?

Hi - If you are running your apps as CGI, please make sure that you change it to FCGI. You may refer our tutorils link at http://www.hostingrails.com/forums/wiki_thread/1
Also ensure that you are running in producation mode and not it development mode.
