No - are you using it for making PDFs? have you tried the pdf-writer gem? We could look into getting it installed for you if you wish (I can't guarantee anything though). Let us know.

I've looked at every PDF library or gem for ruby and none really support my needs. I need to be able to wrap text around an image for a client project. I'm only using HostingRails for their test server at the moment as they'll be hosting in house, so I don't need any favors (unless you're willing). The best way I can come up with at the moment to get the features I want is to use HTMLDoc with the document rendered in HTML first then PDF-erized using HTMLDoc. Any other ideas are welcome.

I'm always on the lookout for good PDF tools so I'll let you know if we can check this out and get this installed. Please open up a support ticket, request that it be installed on your server, and point to this thread.

Adobe does (or did?) have a free conversion service that I've used a few times... but it does require registering. Just another possible solution I thought I would toss out here. :)
