caching the site with mongrel?

I just did a cap deploy and got my updates on the server.  I can access the site just fine now, but for some reason the changes I made are not showing up when I browse to the page on the server.

When I go to the same page on my development machine, it shows the changes I made.

Also, if I open any of the files I changed, they indeed show the new code.  Is this something to do with mongrel?  Is it caching my application?  I've tried
mongrel_rails restart
but it doesn't seem to fix this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Justus - Can you try killing your Mongrel instance manually and restarting it now?

Sorry so late for the reply... we are in the midst of these fires here in Southern California.  :P

I did a kill and then manually started it again, but it is still caching the "old" version of the site.  Is there something else I'm missing?

Thank you,

You may need to disable rails-caching  for the app.
