This thread is devoted to help those of you who are seeing this error and wish to make it go away.
You are seeing this error because your app dies and cuts off the data pipeline to a requesting browser.
Troubleshooting this error is the same as troubleshooting a 500 error - (i.e. it is a 500 error)
