This thread is devoted to help those of you who are seeing this error and wish to make it go away.
You are seeing this because an error is being thrown outside Rails. It will be logged in your apache logs - which you can find in your cPanel. Feel free to discuss that error in our deployment troubleshooting forum and/or add a summary of its resolution here.
