Name of servers for e-mail accounts?

Gosh -- I am sure this is simple -- but what is the name of the servers that I use to configure for my POP and SMTP servers? Is there some documentation on this somewhere that I am missing?

Hi there - this question should not be posted here (please use the "Everything Else" forum)....you can just use your IP address or mail.yourdomain.com for both SMTP and pop
