Typo Plugin Installation

Hello,

I just installed a typo sidebar plugin I wrote myself and I tried the command to kill fastcgi:

killall -usr1 dispatch.fcgi

But I still can't see the plugin show up in the app.

On my local box it seem that the web server needed to be restart for a sidebar item to show as well, it there anything I can do?
